I'm alone on my desk and I have fielded 15 calls already, I have 4 in queue with a max hold time of over an hour! the office is closing for every oth fucking desk but mine at 3 I have to cover my phones till normal time, reason un explained. I normally leave at 5 on wednesday due to bowling but i will have to work till 7, then get to bowling but that means missing one game. So i'll be stressed, hungry and in no means wanting to be bowling. not to mention we'll be fucked cause my first game will just be my average with no handicap! AAAAHHHH!!!!
